TIKO Marine Cargo Surveyors SRL in Romania celebrated its fifth anniversary this year (the organisation was founded in July of 2012). The company carries out surveys in the entire country of Romania as well as in the border regions of neighbouring countries. TIKO’s clients include cargo and freight liability underwriters, insurance brokers, underwriting agents, survey companies, road carriers and industrial corporations. TIKO Marine & Cargo Surveyors SRL is a 50/50 joint venture of Battermann & Tillery and the Bulgarian surveying firm Fidelitas Ltd. From the head office in Bucharest, TIKO, just like the two parent companies, coordinates marine and cargo surveys of all kinds in Romania. Owing to the high quality standards and excellent customer service, TIKO Marine Cargo Surveyors SRL is now well established on the domestic market and has been able to gain an international customer base as well.
