Currently, the measures taken to limit the spread of the Coronavirus severely restrict our daily lives, and we are all facing great challenges in this exceptional situation. Our 21 branches in Germany and our subsidiaries abroad are staffed and fully operational. In case a physical survey is not possible or the place of survey not accessible, our Surveyors can assume the role of claims managers and assist remotely.
